From Newmarket, across the Greater Toronto Area and out into Southern Ontario.
We are on Leslie Street in Newmarket. Everything below is somewhere we regularly work. If you are past the edge of it, say where you are and we will tell you whether we can get a crew there rather than quoting and then rescheduling you twice.
It does not, directly — the Home Renovation Savings programme is province-wide. What the area affects is scheduling, and scheduling matters when there is a deadline. An attic in Newmarket can be done next week; an attic in St. Catharines is scheduled around other work in the same direction. With a programme closing on 30 November, that difference is worth knowing before you book rather than after.
The neighbourhoods where this work pays best are the ones built between the 1950s and the 1980s — post-war bungalows, side-splits, and the first generation of subdivisions. Those houses were built to R–12 or worse, they are almost all in the top rebate tier, and their attics are simple to work in. If your house is one of them, you are the case the programme was written for.
