days left on the attic rebate — up to $1,250, no energy audit — how it works

Commercial & Industrial

Larger buildings, longer schedules, and a paper trail that has to survive an audit.

What we take on

Multi-residential blocks, warehouse and light industrial envelopes, institutional buildings, and phased work in occupied premises. Attic and roof-space insulation, cavity fill, exposed floors and parkade ceilings, air sealing, and removal where the existing material has failed.

What is different from a house

  • Procurement. Tender or negotiated, with a submittal package rather than a one-page quote.
  • Documentation. Material data sheets, coverage records by area, installer attendance, and photographic evidence indexed to the drawing — because on a commercial file somebody will ask for it two years later.
  • Occupied work. Containment, notice to residents, and sequencing around tenants. Most of our multi-residential work is done building-occupied.
  • Close-out. A package that an energy compliance or capital file can actually use, not a stack of invoices.

Where this fits an energy programme

Commercial buildings do not use the Home Renovation Savings programme — that is a residential programme. Commercial incentives run through different routes, and the measured before-and-after documentation is usually the constraint, not the installation. We install to the documentation standard the file will need, and we work alongside whoever is running the energy side of the project rather than trying to be them.

How to start

Call the office on 1 (800) 983-2456 and ask for a project consultation, or send the drawings and the scope through the contact page. For a tender, send the documents and the closing date and we will tell you the same day whether we are bidding.
